Franchise Package Includes:
Late Model, used, low mileage pick up.
Typically less than 40,000 miles purchased from a lease or
fleet vehicle program. This keeps your initial
investment low. Vehicles are fully inspected, including
tires, brakes, battery, lights, wipers, etc. The oil is
changed and all fluids are checked. The vehicle is
inspected for dents or large dings and repairs
are made prior to being painted with 3 coats of high
quality urethane paint. The vehicle is then sent to our
graphics department where all of the lettering and "Truxi"
top lights are installed. You will be impressed with
your new truck. Our goal is to develop a reputation for
clean, quality vehicles for our customers. If they see a
clean, shiny truck with a professional, uniformed
delivery team, we all win!
You will also receive full access to our call center
where up to 5 professional operators will answer your
calls and dispatch your drivers via email and voice
communication to their PDA, Blackberry, or similar
device (separate franchise owner contract required).
This is accomplished by a series of questions to the
caller or website visitor allowing them to use zip codes
to create the illusion that the call center is located
in your city regardless of size. They can even patch
the caller directly to the driver's cell phone for
special instructions as needed.

right truck to the right location.
We will help you set up your own Truxi merchant account
allowing you to accept major credit cards, process the
transaction, and print a receipt right inside your
trucks. Additional equipment and a small per transaction
fee are required.

A typical branch will consist of multiple vehicles. We
limit the number of units to one per 100,000 population
base. Our initial franchise owners will always be given
the option to expand prior to issuing another franchise
in any given city. We will not sell an additional
franchise in your territory until you can not handle the
quantity of deliveries scheduled. This will ensure coverage and
profitability to our franchise owners. We will however
allow overlapping territories in high density areas to
maintain our reputation for "Instant Delivery" Our goal
is to make you and your team successful. We will do this
by providing our customers with fast, courteous service,
unmatched by anyone. Your initial investment with Truxi
is small compared to other company plans. Packages
start as low as $30,000 for a single truck operation and
$25,000 for each additional vehicle with a
small per delivery fee to cover the cost of our call
center and support staff.* We also recommend that our
franchise owners have additional funds in
reserve or operating capital. This will help to
cover your initial start up costs like insurance, fuel,
and labor until your branch is established. Loans are
available through the Small Business Administration with
very little up front costs to you.
